"Humans are brilliant beings, but we spend excessive energy
creating worry and anxiety in our minds. The worrying is where we actively
create fear and misery in the mind. We’re doing this to ourselves because of
our inability to be in the present moment and our fear of the unknown. When we
are so afraid of making a mistake or busy trying to please the people around
us, we can’t function at our highest potential, and we miss opportunities to
create balance. In this state of mind, we aren’t aware that we are actually the
contributor to our own chaos. The lesson is, in this state of mind, we are not
in control over our circumstances, our circumstances are in control over us.
